Ezi Klamp we’re good to deal with and from the drawing that I supplied they produced a list of the fittings that we required.The fittings were delivered directly to the Baptist Church.On completion of the work we had approximately 15 fittings and 5 lengths of tubing surplus to our requirements.We were told that it we could not return these items to the builders merchant and that it would be uneconomical to return them to Ezi Klamp.We now have about £350.00 worth of material which we are having to try and sell.

A client requested that we use Ezi Klamp – based on the fact that they had seen a picture on the internet and required a similar look.I forwarded the client’s email to Lloyd at Ezi Klamp, in which ‘mesh’ panels were clearly requested + the picture that the client had downloaded with mesh panels. In my follow up phone call, I told Lloyd that we wanted mesh and asked him for a quote including the price of the mesh – which he did. The total cost was £1250 but would take 3 weeks. I sought an alternative quote from a ‘Key Clamp’ supplier (a very similar product of equal quality). Their quote was £625.46 for the same components – including the mesh panels. I forwarded the quote to Lloyd via email (subject matter: Key Clamp Mesh Quote), who then reduced his price to £1125 which I had to go with because the client had requested it. Unfortunately, as we did not have an account with these rip off clowns, we paid up front. When the delivery turned up, the mesh panels were not included, but the basic ‘off the shelf’ barred panels were. When I told Lloyd, he said that he ‘didn’t recall’ my request re. mesh panels and has subsequently ignored my emails & phone calls.
